| During March to July in 2006y, G80 was selected as treatment variety,trial of application date of amino acid fluid fertilizer and amount ofamino acid fluid fertilizer was conducted in tobacco station in Puji Town,Liuyang City. Agronomical characters,physiological characters of tobacco,quality,economical characters and disease resistance of flue curedtobacco were studied. The study results are summarized as follows.1. Girth, plant height, leaf number and maximum leaf area and leaf areaof each part of tobacco plant in early fast growing stage and leaf sprayingamount of 75g amino acid fertilizer per 667m~2 treatment were higher thanthat in other treatments and control. Agronomical characters of tobaccowere better than control in early rosette stage,5d after picking top andamount of 50g,100g per 667m~2 treatment.2. Chlorophyll SPAD value in early fast growing stage treatment washighest in'different application date treatments and that in amount of75g per 667m~2 treatment was highest in different amount treatments whilethat in other treatment was higher than control respectively. Tobaccophotosynthetic factors including Pn, Cs, Ci, Tr in fast growing stagetreatment and amount of 75g per 667m~2 treatment were higher than that inother treatments and control while that in other treatment was higher thancontrol respectively.3. Different date treatment and different amount treatment bothincreased weight of single leaf,yield,output value,average price andrate of the middle and superior tobacco leaves. Effects in early fastgrowing stage treatment and amount of 75g amino acid fluid fertilizer per667m~2 treatment were best. The difference between early fast growing stagetreatment and control was up to 5% level in yield and that was up to 1%level in output value.4. Different date treatment and different amount treatment increased the total sugar and reducing sugar of upper and middle leaf, decreasedcontent of total nitrogen and protein, coordinated ratio of sugar tonicotine and ratio of nitrogen to nicotine and improved feature qualityof tobacco. Effects of early fast growing stage treatment and amount of75g per 667m~2 treatment were obviously better than other treatments andcontrol.5. Compared with control different date treatment and differentamount treatment obviously decreased disease percent and factor whichwere lowest in early fast growing stage treatment and amount of 75g per667m~2 treatment. |
