This experiment take one-day-old chickens as the object of study, cell raise technology andMTT method, immunology SPA thallinethe anadem and indirect enzyme-tined immunosorbent assay,etc..Systematically were applied in this study. In order to study the quantity and proliferativefunction of lymphocyte and the changes of content of IgG,IgM,IgA on serum in peripheral bloodof chickens with them exposured to different intensity HVEF (high voltage electrostatic field,HVEF), the purpose is statement that HVEF effect on the immunologic function of peripheral bloodof chickens and its mechanism.The study was as follows: The changes is different at some degree that the chickens exposured todifferent intensity HVEF, which is the dynamic changes of quantity of T,B lymphocyte and thecontent of the immunoglobulin in Peripheral Blood of Chickens Exposure to Different IntensityHVEF. And 5KV and 10KV HVEF is more higher than these items of control chickens; It wasindicated that there was enhancement property of the cellular immune function in peripheral blood ofthe chickens exposured to 5kv and10kv HVEF; and compared with the controls, the quantity andproliferative responses to PMA of lymphocyte in peripheral blood are higher. And the same withcontent changes of the immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,IgA. And indicated that there was auxoactionabout humoral immunity in the chickens exposured to different intensity HVEF(5kv and10kv). But itwas opposite which is exposured to 20kv, It was indicated that there was inhibitory action of thecellular immune function in peripheral blood of the chickens exposured to 20kv HVEF. Compared tothe 5kv HVEF, immunologic function of the chickens exposured to 10kv HVEF's was better.The above-mentioned methods in the study was gradiented at the first time.
