The processes accompany with ant colony algorithms, GIS data and man-machine conversation.To realize the agricultural means production distributing support system by using VisualStudio.NET, Microsoft Access and ESRI MapObjects etc. Ant colony optimization (ACO)algorithm is a new heuristic solution to the combinatorial optimization problem. Owing to itspositive feedback and effective parallelization and strong lustiness, ACO has been applied in manyfields. It is the point research problems of this paper that applying ant colony algorithm tO solve theoptimization of logistics distribution routine problem. Actual situation has been made theimprovement and the promotion to the basic ACO. Experimenting algorithm parameters inform thebest result. Using the route builds a digital map by MapObjects. The map can avoid unreasonableroutine for drivers and provide some suggestions to logistics enterprises.
