In this research,six production groups chicken were constracted by Anka(A), New Romain (B) and Rose Crown (C) chickens which are used as parental resource. the production performance and slaughter traits has record in every hybrid group. Heterosis and heterosis rate were calculates. The allele frequnency, heterozygosity (H), polymorphism information content (PIC) and genetic distance were analysised by 8 microsatellite marker (ADL298,MCW288,ADL176,MCW255, ADL183,ADL328,MCW148,LEI134) in nine hybrids groups (AA,AB,AC,BB,BA,BC,CC,CA,CB). The results show that 51 alleles were detected. The mean number of alleles was 6.375.Microsatellite loci ADL176 and ADL183 have 9 alleles,MCW148 and MCW288 have 4 alleles. The average polymorphism information content(PIC) is 0.6713The testing results of practical heterosis indicated that: AB and AC in avoirdupois;AB,AC and CA in production performance, especially in SC,CW and CD index at 4-week-old.AB and AC in SP,CT and CW index at 8-week-old. AB and AC in CRM,MPC and WLR index at 9-week-old.Microsatellite loci MCW225, MCW288,ADL176,ADL298,ADL32 and LEI134 were detected that they have distinct influence to heterosis and heterosis rate by the method of least square analysis. The result as follow:MCW255 compare with H0,H4 and H8;MCW288 compare with H2 and H3;ADL176 compare with CD in 8–week-old as well as ADL328 in CD at 4-week-old chicken, and CT,BC and CW at 8-week-old.Compare with New romain, Anka(A)and Rose Crown (C) chickens have the larger inherit distances,and so the heterosis is better than that of New romain chicken. The herterosis of AB and AC hybridization is fairly well and it compatible with test result. We got the same results by comparing the crossing effect on practical test and the heterosis by theoretical forecast between Anka ,New Romain and Rose Crown chicken . it indicated that it is feasible for forecasting heterosis in chicken by the genentic ploymorphisms of microsatellite DNA.It is faster and lower cost for forecasting heterosis by the genetic polymorphisms of microsatellite DNA. It will have an important value for chicken breeding in future.
