Digital agriculture is a technology on product and management which come with the association of digital earth and intelligent farm machinery technology. Digital agriculture at present is at the start stage in our country .This article take the digital agriculture platform orbit cut system as the object of study, using localization method which composed with position survey and the color code sensor and take PLC as controller to completed the design of digital agriculture platform orbit cut system.In this paper, cut system is composed by platform cut point examination, PLC control system and machine design on cut organization.In order to realize the platform cut point examination, this article has analyze the common position examining method, on the basic of position measurement system and union the digital agriculture platform concrete work situation, designed the localization method which composed with position survey and the color code sensor to guaranteed the platform carry cut on the actual cut point.After comparing all kinds of control systems, the orbit cut system control part design has completed by taking PLC as controller.The swing link place and swing link had been designed on the basic of the old one, and added brake part, locate part, lock mechanism to the digital platform. Solved the swing link localization, the locking and meet the brake requirement of platform. Guarantees the power transmit to corresponding driving gear, thus realized the platform cut movement smoothly.Simulation has been carried on the hand-off control procedure for the platform. The simulation result had indicated that the position examination satisfies the platform control precision, the cut procedure satisfies control request of the system. Finally ,movement simulation has carry on the organization design parts. The simulation result had indicated that the movement is non-interference, the organization satisfies the design request. This paper designed a set of orbit cut system, and realized the digital agriculture platform movement cut on two mutually vertical orbits, met the high work precision request. it has certain application value.
