Eperythrozoonosis is a zoonosis (anthropozoonosis) in many kinds of animals, which attached to erythrocytes, dissociated in plasma and marrow. Eperythrozoonosis of swine mainly causes fever, icteroanaemia and embryonic death, is mixed with other diease that took difficulty for prevention and cure, makes largely economic losses.Through study of Eperythrozoon suis bionomics, to provide scientific theory foundation for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of E. suis. We undertake experiment to dyeing,movement,culture in vitro,decollement,host specificity,power of resistance and route of transmission of Eperythrozoon suis. We pick out five kinds effect better dyeing through comparing, discern are acridine orange staining method,Wright-Gimsa' staining,Albert's staining,Wright's staining and Gimsa's staining. Application physical or chemical method to disposal eperythrozoon suis masccline blood, on 1000 micro. The consequence indicate eperythrozoon suis can waver,upgrade down screw and so on complicate movement. When culture in vitro experiment to eperythrozoon suis, application RPMI-1640, M199, DMEM and MEM to do foundation culture fluid, consequence discover that eperythrozoon suis infection rate still retain above 80% in RPMI-1640 after seven days, meanwhile we find eperythrozoon suis infection rate' and strength positive correlation with blood serum concentration. We progress decollement experiment to eperythrozoon suis to use chemical agent, waterbath, culture in vitro,PBS elution,normal sodium elution decollcement, consequence indicated culture in vitro effect patency, waterbath effect better,chemical agent vices,PBS elution and normal sodium elution decollcemen effect no excellent. The consequence indicated that eperythrozoon suis may different extent infect erythrocyte of health rabbit,cattle,dog,sheep,people and Mus musculus albus in experiment of host specificity. The consequence indicated that eperythrozoon suis resis thinness to physics and chemicals in resistant experiment. The consequence indicated that eperythrozoon suis may spread primary disease through contaminative feeds,water,padding,needle intramuscular or intraperitoneal injection,universe through placenta,with disease and health animal mutual touch, but atmosphere can't spread primary disease.
