Bashang plateau, in the northwest of Hebei province, is a high-cold and semi-arid region. As a semiarid farming-pasturing tone, where Inner Mongolia pastoral area and the North China agriculture area meet, its eco-environment is extreme frail. The highly effective use of nitrogen resources is the key technology that affects the sustainable development of agricultural resources.An experiment about a new-style slow release nitrogenous fertilizer was carried out in bashang plateau region. Through the experiment, I study the highly effective fertilization, the highly effective rational exploitation and the safe utilization of nitrogen resources for raising the nitrogen use efficiency, reducing the amount of nutrient out flow, the waste and the pollution, enhancing the crop yield and quality.This paper studies nitrogen fixation by legumina crops which planted on the dry and infertile sand by the selection of legumina crops which can enhance the soil fertility, improve the soil nutrient condition and reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer application. So this study is a guidance to the rational exploitation and utilization of agricultural resources such as water, manure, soil and plant in Bashang plateau, and it will ensure the sustainable development of eco-agricuture in this area. The result showed: The self-made slow release nitrogenous fertilizer can enhance the output of radish about 5.67%~19.40% and 1.98%~8.19% compares to no application of fertilizer and the application of ordinary urea, and its economy benefit is prefectable. By application of slow release nitrogenous fertilizer, the amount of fertilization which got the maximum yield, count as pure nitrogen was 18.89kg/667m~2. The slow release nitrogenous fertilizer can raise the nitrogen use efficiency about 52.79%, outdoes 4~10 % compared with the ordinary urea. The slow release nitrogenous fertilizer can reduce the accumulation of nitrate effectively in the radish. The content of nitrate in the radish under the disposition of the highest quantity fertilizer N30 is 435 mg/kg, under the environmental friendly vegetables radish category highest nitrate content standard. By and large, the release curve of self-made slow release nitrogenous shows in a parabola model in soil, and compared with the ordinary urea, its release summit is postpone.Through the two-years' leguminous nitrogen fixation effect experiment study which in the micro area filled with the dry and infertile sand, we compared Six kind of leguminous crops' output and the nitrogen fixation quantity. The results indicated that the alfalfa displays quite stably both in the output and the nitrogen fixation quantity, the output reached 240~300 kg/667m~2, the nitrogen fixation quantity reached 3.8~7.2 kg/667m~2.The soybean planter grain output and the nitrogen fixation quantity respectively were 180~200 kg/667 m~2 and 5.1~8.1 kg/667m~2 in the first year. But the continuous cropping planter underproduction, the nitrogen fixation quantity also reduces obviously in the second year. Although the broad bean output is low in the first year, its nitrogen fixation quantity could reach 4.5~8.0 kg/667 m~2; both the output and the nitrogen fixation quantity of broad bean are pretty higher in the next year, and reached 224 kg/667m~2 and 4.8 kg/667m~2 respectively, which to make a further study. The pea planter output were low in the past two years, but the nitrogen fixation quantity are much higher, reached 2.9~7.5 kg/667 m~2. The one grain hereditary kidney bean and the red kidney bean planter output were quite high, but the nitrogen fixation quantities quite were low.
