In order to meet the requirements of sustainable development agriculture in the county of Arongqi, the municipality of Neimenggu, the key techniques and mainly problems were studied on achieved high yield of maize under the protective tillage, and on popularized the techniques of protective tillage. By combining traditional tillage modes with advanced scientific techniques, the new high yield cultivated techniques were developed, the mature protective tillage technologies were used in the practice of maize production, and acquired distinct ecological benefit and economic benefit and social benefit. Scientific technology was translated into demands of people living. The aim of paper was offered scientific basisand technological directions in healthy development of maize production in the county of Arongqi.The master paper study was set up six experimentations, they were (1) increased maize seedling rate under protective tillage; (2) the techniques of drought-resistant and moisture-conserving in maize cultivated; (3) the technological measures of improved physical and chemic quality of soil under the minimum tillage and no tillage; (4) the fertilized technology of high yield of maize under protective tillage; (5) the cheesed test of maize variety adapted protective tillage; (6) the cheesed test of silage maize variety adapted protective tillage; (7) the choice of chemistry herbicide, using dosage and the best using period.,. It could gain some conclusions according to the results of above seven examinations and abundant research data that the study was conduced in many years.1. The maize cultivation with technology of protective tillage that soil was mulched used stalk and film, the maize yield was higher than traditional planting. The reasons of increased yield were soil temperature and soil moisture can be increased by the technology, which was not only improved the rate of seedling but also emergence early. The effect of increased temperature and soil moisture were distinct in spring in Arongqi especially. Under mechanization operation condition, using stalk mulching and film mulching (or irrigation) of mode, the emergence was four days earlier than the others and time of mature was four to six days earlier than others. Under the whole stalk mulching and film mulching (or irrigation) of mode condition, the stalk can be rot 60 % and it could increase fertility of soil.2. Spray irrigation was the best way. The maize yield was increased more 32.7% than raining. The income was increased 49.62 yuan per a unit of area. The water quantity of irrigation was 12.67 kg/m~3. So the saving water supplementary irrigation technology of sprary irrigation could be popularized in the dry land of Arongqi.3. Under conservation tillage condition, the maize yield was evidentely increased with using Kalium and Zincum fertilizer, the mean yield added to 25.4~30.1 %. The mode that used 4 kg. Kalium fertilizer and 0.5kg Zincum fertilizer and 10kg diammonium phosphate can be increased 30.1% in maize yield. The rate of input and output was 1:2.75. The effect of increased yield combined organic fertilization was more prominent.4. Under the protective cultivation conditions, the maize yields was the highest used the varieties of Nongfeng I and FC03-17 and Fengtian820.These maize varieties could be generalized in the conservation tillage area. It is obvious trend the corn varieties of food and forage maize will be popularized widely with development of animal husbandry in farming of Arongqi. Haiyu6 is one of the best hybrids variety of forage and foodstuff zea mays. It fit planting in the first accumulated temperature zone of Arongqi and Kedan8 fit planting in the second accumulated temperature zone of Arongqi.5. Using 50% acetochlor micro-emulsion dealed with soil, it die out weed before emergence seelding. The weed reduced 84.8 %~90.46 %. It was safe during the whole of maize growth period. 6. Under protective cultivation conditions, The technical flow of maize high yield was that leaving high stubble break stubble and no tillage planting chemistry weed field management harvestleaving high stubble deeply turn over field (per two to three years).7. The technical regulation and pattern of high maize yield under conservation tillage were acquired.8. The mode of straw returning and film mulching (or irrigate) have two effects of increased soil fertility and cron yield. It was valuable for popularized the mode of maize conservation tillage. It was pay attation to increae soil fertily and assorted suitably fertiliae of Kalium, Zincum fertilizer. The maize varieties were chose seasonally according to different purpose. Using herbicide was necessary for destroy the great deal of grass under conservation tillage. The above measurements have enomously effect on improved economic benefit under the conservation tillage.
