The threshing in the paddy harvest is an essential and very important working procedure , when the threshing in the paddy ,all feeds into the type combine always exists shortcomings , for example , the high rate with handle ,the damnification in the threshing , and so on . The paddy with handle brings many troubles for the following work, for example, the difficult selecting , the increased damnification , easy to create the transportation to be impeded, wasting the storage space, reducing out of the roughness coefficient, increasing the burden of grinding rice ,and so on. This paper aimed at researching the influence factor of petiolate rate in threshing.There are many factors which affect the petiolate rate in threshing To summarize, It include the threshing parameter(such as the threshing clearance,the speed of platen),the degree of hitting and the speciality of rice.Aimed to these factors ,this paper research one by one.First, Experimental studies on connection force of grain and petiole , petiole and branch , branch and caulis , with expert clamp on the testing equipment of agricultural materiel.The testing results show that the breed, position, the moisture content and the force of direction are all have effects on the connection force and the the force of direction is great. The connecting force is higher following the axes direction and lower on the contrary direction .Next, Experimental studies of petiolate rate on threshing have been carried out on the DF-1.5 experimental bench.The experimental content mainly include different moisture content, different breed, different position and different parameter.The paper also tested the trend of petiolate rate along the platen and compared the threshing quality of all—feed equipment and half—feed equipment.At the end ,The paper analyzed the primary factor of petiolate rate.It is the changing of connection force that lead to petiolate grain. When threshing , It will not be petiolate when the connection force of grain and petiole is less than the the connection force of petiole and branch as well as branch and caulis . Otherwise , It will be petiolate . Using DPS, the nonlinear regressive equation between moisture content and the connection force is established based on the test results, as well as the force of direction and the connection force . Through the research , The paper discovered the primary factor for the petiolate grain on threshing—the hitting directions to the paddy when threshing .This established foundation for the new threshing equipment. |
