This thesis is based on the item subsidized by Natural and Scientific foundation named as "the Research on key technique of intelligent design system about sugarcane harvester based on knowledge".This thesis makes research on sugarcane harvester the key component of sugarcane harvester and the flow of harvester. According to the general structure of expert system, it gives the general structure of intelligent design system of sugarcane harvester. Studied on the expression methods of knowledge, according to the knowledge of sugarcane harvester's characteristic, such as complexity and connection, it selects the commingling modal of the knowledge representation which composes production rule and object-oriented. The knowledge of sugarcane harvester also have fuzzy characteristic. So the paper studies on fuzzy rule-based reasoning. Up-lift device and sugarcane harvester's motility-matching rule-based reasoning based on knowledge is founded.The intelligent design system of sugarcane harvester is short of knowledge in database and has low efficiency in rule-reasoning machine. This paper studies on the extraction ways for simulation knowledge and experiment data that can be used by the intelligent design system. And the decision-making reasoning machine for the key component of sugarcane harvester is founded. The steps of decision-making reasoning system based on simulation are as follows: first, study on the extraction ways for simulation knowledge that can be used by the intelligent design of sugarcane harvester system and two level model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; second, the projects that obtained from rule-based reasoning system are simulated. At last the results from simulation analysis are evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system. So the users can get optimization project from evaluation system. For the sake of consummate intelligence design system of sugarcane harvester, helping system is built up, improving knowledge engineer's work efficiency.
