The composing of microsatellite loci from 160 RF white Muscovy duck was analyzed. Number of alleles of the 5 microsatellite loci that related with body weight of Muscovy duck was calculated, and frenquecies of alleles, heterozygosity and polymorphism information content (PIC) was accounted according to genotypes frequencies of the microsatellite loci. The average values of alleles number, alleles frenquecies, heterozygosity and PIC of the 5 microsatellite loci were 4, 0.719 and 0.668. Number of alleles of the 8 microsatellite loci that related with slaughter performances of Muscovy duck was calculated, and frenquecies of alleles, heterozygosity and PIC was accounted according to genotypes frequencies of the microsatellite loci. The average values of alleles number, alleles frenquecies, heterozygosity and PIC of the 8 microsatellite loci were 4.25, 0.723, 0.672, accordingly.The different genotypes of the same microsatellite locus from the 5 microsatellite loci which related with body weight of Muscovy duck were taken multiple comparisons by way of Duncan. The result indicated that significance of least squares means (LSM) of different genotypes corresponded to week body weights in locus CAUD035 and CAUD103 was better than that of in locus CAUD031 respectively. The different genotypes of the same microsatellite locus from the 8 microsatellite loci which related with slaughter performances of Muscovy duck were taken multiple comparisons by way of Duncan. The result showed that significance of LSM of different genotypes corresponded to dressing traits in locus CAUD035 and CAUD076 was perfect,the result that of locus CAUD010 and CAUD119 was poor. Above all, microsatellite locus CAUD035 and CAUD103 could be used as parameters in body weight selection of Muscovy duck,locus CAUD035 and CAUD076 could be used as parameters in dressing traits selection of Muscovy duck.During the. experiment there were positive significant correlations among week body weights and among dressing traits of Muscovy duck. The result by the analysis of variance told us that there were negative significant correlations between birth weight and 7 week body weight, 8 week body weight,9 week body weight(P<0.05). The significant correlations of the other body weights were positive(P<0.05) or highly positive (P<0.01). There were highly negative significant correlations between live-weight and breast muscle rate, thigh muscle rate(P<0.01). The correlation between semieviscerated weight and breast muscle rate was highly negative significant (P<0.01) too. The correlations of the other dressing traits were highly positive significant (P<0.01).
