This thesis is based on Kuerle Fragrant pear to be experimental material,Changes of Abscission calyx of Fragant Pear and the development of fruit of Kuerle Fragrant pearwere studied,it had an effect on the mechanism of leaving from calyx of Kuerle Fragrant pear fruit . the time of flower calyx leaving has been observered. The anatomical observation changes of abscission layer of the leaving from calyx, and the growth development of fruit during the calyx leaving from fruit.1. Ya pear ( the leaving calyx replyied species ) the made certain date of experimental material were studied through paraffin sliced up and empty-handed sliced up,the development of calyx and the whole fruit and the anatomical observation changes, the changes of abscission zone between calyx and fruit were observated.2. Jin feng pear (the leaving calyx replyied species ) the made certain date of experimental material were studied through paraffin sliced up and empty-handed sliced up,the development of calyx and the whole fruit and the anatomical observation changes, the changes of abscission zone between calyx and fruit were observated.3. Kuerle Fragrant pear (the leaving calyx replyied species ) the date of experimental material were studied through paraffin sliced up and empty-handed sliced up,the development of calyx and the whole fruit and the anatomical observation changes, the changes of abscission zone between calyx and fruit were observated.4. The Kuerle Fragrant Pear stone cells began to form at about 10~15 days after full blossom. The highest diameter was observed at about 90 days after full blossom, the density peak at about 50 days after full blossom. And they were then gradually decreased with fruit grown up. The diameter and density of stone cells near the core and the skin of fruit were larger than that of middle part pulp.
