The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of calcium polymalate on the laying performance and blood antioxidant performance of layer hens.A total of 720 fengda No.1 layer chickens of similar weight at 39 weeks of age were randomly divided into four treatment groups, namely the control group and the first, second and third groups, with 180 chickens in each group and 3 replicates.Based diet control feeding, experiment group 1,2,3 is added in the basic diet,respectively,0.40%,0.60%and 0.80%calcium polymalate, the study of calcium polymalate on chicken of laying hens laying performance, egg quality and blood physiological and biochemical indexes, blood antioxidant index and immune index and the digestive tract growth conditions, the influence of the results are as follows:1.Adding 0.40%-0.80%calcium polymalate to basic diet could significantly reduce the unqualified rate of eggs by 11.0%-31.8%(P<0.05);The eggshell color was significantly increased by 5.48%-9.38%(P<0.05)and the eggshell strength in test 1 was increased by 2.39%(P<0.05).It could significantly reduce the cholesterol content in eggs from 12.99%to 28.42%(P<0.05).The contents of essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids in eggs were significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of vitamin A and vitamin D in eggs were significantly increased(P<0.05).2.Adding 0.40%calcium polymalate in the diet can significantly increased the diameters of duodenum, ileum and cecum.(P<0.05)Adding 0.80%calcium polymalate in the diet could significantly improve the muscle and stomach weight and relative cecal length of laying hens(P<0.05).3.Adding 0.60%-0.80%calcium polymalate in the diet can significantly increase the content of IgM,CREA and Ca in the serum of laying hens(P<0.05).In conclusion, adding calcium polymalate to the diet of laying hens can significantly reduce the rate of egg failure. It can significantly improve the strength and color of eggshell and the contents of vitamin A,D and amino acids in eggs, and significantly reduce the cholesterol content in eggs.It can promote the growth and development of the digestive tract of laying hens and improve the antioxidant performance and immunity of laying hens to varying degrees. In the comprehensive evaluation,0.60%calcium polymalate was added into the laying hens’ diet to obtain the best effect.
