| The fungicidal activities of essential oils had been proven by many schlars.The fungicidal activities of plant essential oils were researched in order to provides the theory basis to their development and using as fungicide. The results showed as follows:1. The fungicidal activities were tested against Botrytis cinerea, Pseudoperonospora, Fulria fulva and Alternaria solani of seven essential oils including Citronella oil, Lemongrass oil, Camphor oil, Sassafras oil, Nature Wintergreen oil, Litsea cubeba oil and Cinnamon oil. The results indicated that fungicidal activities of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil were better than that of other essential oils.(1) The EC50 values of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil of inhibitory effect against mycelia growth of Botrytis cinerea were 126.6205 mg·L-1 and 128.1587 mg·L-1.Their EC50 values of inhibitory effect against spores germination of Botrytis cinrerea were 181.8763 mg·L-1 and 228.5453 mg·L-1.The result in vivo showed that their protective effect against Botrytis cinerea was better than therapeutic effect . At the concentration of 500 mg·L-1, their protective effects against Botrytis cinerea by means of Cucumber Cotyledon Method were both 100%;their protective effects against Botrytis cinerea on tomato were 52.42% and 50.48%.In the pot experiment , protective effects of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil against Botrytis cinerea were 59. 65% and 61.40% at the concentration of 2000 mg·L-1.(2) Inhibitory effect of Camphor oil against spores germination of Pseudoperonospora was better than others.It's EC50 values was 198.5197 mg·L-1.(3) The MIC values of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil of inhibitory effect against mycelia growth of Fulria fulva were 275 mg·L-1 and 258 mg·L-1. Inhibitory effect of Cinnamon oil against spores germination of Fulria fulva was best than others, it's EC50 values was only 38.9623 mg·L-1.(4) The EC50 values of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil of inhibitory effect against mycelia growth of Alternaria solan were 126.6205 mg·L-1 and 128.1587 mg·L-1.2. The primary chemical composition of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil were analyzed with GC/MS. The main ingredients of Cinnamon oil were cinnamaldehyde, (E)-(74.10%), 2-propen-1-ol, 3-phenyl-, acetate(10.18%),acetic acid, 2-phenylethyl ester(0.67%) and 2-propenal, 3-(2-methoxyphenyl)- (0.59%) and so on. The main ingredients of Camphor oil were 1,3-Benzodioxole, 5-(2-propenyl)- (95.09%) and benzene, 1,2,3-trimethoxy -5- (2-propenyl)- (0.84%) and so on.3. 20 % Cinnamon oil EC was configurated , and content detection method of cinnamaldehyde was established in this dissertation. The control effect of 20%Cinnamon oil EC against Botrytis cinerea in greenhouse showed that it's control effect was not ideal, and the control effect after 3 days was only 30.31% at the concentration of 2000 mg·L-1.In this dissertation, the fungidal activities of several essential oils were test. The results showed Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil have the better inhibitory actions to several kind of common greenhouses plant diseases; the chemical composition of Camphor oil and Cinnamon oil were analyzed with GC/MS; preliminary formulation study of Cinnamon oil was carried out and content examination method of cinnamaldehyde was established. It can be make references to development and using of the plant essential oils as fungicide that the bioassay methods and content examination method of cinnamaldehyde in this dissertation. |
