The Research Of Alfalfa Resources In Jilin Province And Classification Using RAPD Analysis

This research contains two parts, the research of herbageresources in Jilin Province and Analysis of RAPD on relationships of thealfalfa varieties.The current state of herbage resource conservation and utilization wasreviewed. Total field in 2005 for forage produce is 332,000 hm~2, in which,Leymus chinonsis is 205,000 hm2, alfalfa sativa L. is 50,000 hm~2, Urariacrinita is 6,800 hm~2, Bromus inerrnis is 5,700 hm~2, others is 38,000 hm~2. Inthe review we found the problems in research of herbage resource are:â‘ herbage resource is lack of collecting;â‘¡there is no a concentratedconservation of herbage resource, and the conservation is just for the useof singleness research, lack of long programming.â‘¢the utilize of herbageresource is not abroad, and the relative research not go deep, the action of itis not exerted. 4 countermeasures aim at above Problems were broughtforward.Analysis of RAPD on relationships of the Alfalfa varieties. Forty-twoAlfalfa varieties were used to be identified and there classify status wereresearched. The results showed that: the improved CTAB method couldextracted higher-quality DNA from alfalfa and nineteen 10-random primerin RAPD amplification procedures were filtered. The cluster analysisshowed that 5 groups can be clustered by source.
