In this study, Prunus persica f. Hunchuntao Gu, Primus davidiana Franch, some mainly cultivars of peaches [ Prunus persica (L.) Batsch] and some F1 hybrids of Hunchuntao were used as material, analysis 42 samples by RAPD technique, classified Amygdalus germplasm resources, discussed the position of Prunus persica f. Hunchuntao Gu in Amygdalus; Discussed RAPD markers' application in hardy peach breeding. The result indicated that:20 polymorphic primers were screened from 100 10-mer random primers.Amplified by these primers, generated fingerprinting diagram of 42 peach cultivars(species) and 107 polymorphic bands. Make use of these polymorphic bands canidentify 42 peach cultivars (species), and found out some special markers of them.Available 107 polymorphic bands generated by 20 primers in 42 samples were used to setting up code matrix, computing genetic distance of these sample, UPGMA method cluster analysis indicated that all types can be divided into four kinds in genetic distance 0.14, Prunus davidiana Franch gathered alone; Hunchuntao and its F1 hybrid Yannong No.1 peach gathered as a group; The third group includes Xinjiangyoutao, Changlixuetao and Wanhongmi peach; Other 36 peach cultivars gathered in a group. Further to analysis these 36 peaches [Prunus persica (L.) Batsch ], can divided them into five groups.About the taxonomy position of Hunchuntao in Amygdalus, according to the clustering result, genetic distance and others' results, Hunchuntao is not the hybrid of peach [Prunus persica (L.) Batsch] X Prunus davidiana Franch, but a variety of peach, it could be named as [ prunus persica (L.) Batsch. Van Hunchuntao] .RAPD markers' separation method in Hunchuntao X Yumyong FI hybrid were divided into 3 types: Mendelian separatein, deviate from Mendelian separateion and abnomoral separateion. RAPD marker mainly separate in mendlian method. Report marker that took place separateion in 1:1 and 3:1 can availability of setting up linkage map.There have many three bands amplified by two primer on cold resistance bulk than cold susceptance bulk. These three RAPD markers maybe linked to cold resistance gene.
