Control And Its Effect Analysis On Brucellosis Of Yak In The Guoluo Region Of Qinghai Province

Objective:Through analyzing and evaluating the epidemiology investigation and present condition of Yak Brucellosis at Guoluo prefecture of Qinghai province, in view of existence problem, many reasonable suggestion will be taken out in order to make control work of Yak Brucellosis at Guoluo district as so as possible achieve the"level of stable controled area"from"level of controled area".Method:Gathered and analyzed monitored datas of Yak Brucellosis at Guoluo prefecture from 1997 to 2005. Evaluated its control measure and given some improved metheods to the specific problem. At the same time givien a comprehensive description of Brucellosis disease which infected human and other animals in domestic and foreign.Results:In present market economy, animal trade gets more and more frequent. Ecdemic pathogeny may imput at any time, simultaneously epidemic situation of Brucellosis have recovered in many province of our country. Additionally Qinghai province has desisted immunity of animal Brucellosis since 2002. Animals are general sensitive to the disease. Once the origin of infection imput ,it will bring about diffusion and spread easily. So control work of Yak Brucellosis are shoulder heavy responsibilities. In the future the comprehensive control measure of"immunizing, quaranting, monitoring, smashing"should be resumed, and the feat that we have gotten should be consolidated in order to promote development of animal husbandry and protect people's health.After many years'comprehensive control, the infected rate of Yak Brucellosis at Guoluo prefecture decreased from 21.19% in 1958～1969 to 0.14% in 2005. The positive rate of serum decreased from 4.48% in 1981～1985 to 0.144% in 2003～2005. The control effect were very notable (p<0.01).At the same time 720 samples checked were all negative.The control work of Brucellosis have made great achievement at Guoluo prefecture ,but there are still some hazard factors. It is a long way to reach"level of stable controlled area". We need not only consolidate our feat that we have gotten but also explore new way to strengthen monitoring of epidemic situation and implement the comprehensive control measure so as to achieve the goal of"level of stable controlled area"early.
