With the rapid development of information technology,information technology has been applied in many industries,such as the application of information technology in the grain industry.In foreign countries,information technology is widely used in the grain industry,but it started late in China.At present,a large part of the domestic grain warehouse still uses the former grain transport equipment,which requires a lot of manpower and material resources,production efficiency and resource utilization rate underground,and the equipment replacement cost is too high,and the upgrading and improvement of the grain storage system becomes An urgent problem to solve.Based on NB-IOT and embedded intelligent grain storage system,it can realize the informationized and intelligent upgrade of the existing grain storage system,which can realize the remote scheduling of grain handling equipment,real-time viewing of the location of grain handling equipment,and work.State regulation,etc.The NB-IOT and embedded intelligent grain storage system designed in this paper realize the real-time positioning of the grain handling equipment through inertial positioning technology,complete the networking and navigation functions of the equipment through the NB-IOT module,and complete the transportation of grain through the power control module.The control of the power system of the equipment,the connection of different equipments is calibrated through the visual tracking module,and the visual control of the whole system is viewed through the upper computer.This paper designs a transportation system based on NB-IOT and embedded intelligent grain storage.The system adopts a modular method.Based on the analysis of the overall requirements of the system,the module is designed and implemented according to its function.The entire transportation system includes inertial positioning and navigation module,power control module,and visual tracking module.The main functions of the inertial positioning and navigation module are the positioning and navigation functions of the device.The inertial positioning and navigation module mainly includes the inertial positioning module,the ultrasonic beacon calibration module and the NBIOT communication module.The inertial positioning module JY901BB is used for indoor positioning and ultrasound.The beacon module calibrates the positioning error of the inertial positioning module,and the BC95 communication module performs networking,and realizes communication between the inertial positioning module and the host computer.The main function of the power control module is to control the power module of the grain handling equipment.The power control module mainly receives the command of the main control chip and the movement instruction of the visual tracking module through the microprocessor MK60,thereby controlling the movement of the grain handling equipment.The main function of the visual tracking module is to realize the calibration of different grain transport equipment during the movement process.The Raspberry Pi 3B is used to drive the camera,and the tracking algorithm is used to track the grain transport equipment,thereby realizing the equipment calibration function.
