Lawny trait and some physiological effects of waterlogging stress on new variety of Agrostis stolonifera, Penncross, YuexuanNo.1, L93, PennA4, and it's new variety No.2,new variety No.3,new variety No.4, new variety No.5,new variety No.6 were studied in this thesis. By testing and analysis of many indexes, the results as follows:1. Agrostis stolonifera L. cv. Yuexuan No.1 and It's new variety have quality in turf quality establishment in Guangzhou. The turf quality of new variety No.5, new variety No.3 and Yuexuan No.1 had ,The adaptability of Yuexuan No.1 and it's new variety No.2,new variety No.3, new variety No.4,new variety No.5 was relatively better compared with Agrostis stolonifera variety Penncross, PennA4,L93,and new variety No.6.2. Summer stress tolerance of new variety No.5, new variety No.3 and Yuexuan No.1 relatively high. had remarkable difference to the others variety.3. Agrostis stolonifera L. cv. Yuexuan No.1 and It's new variety could quickly multiply and turf mature rapidly by breed with the nutrition plant and every cave plants 2 and interval of row spacing is 5cm * 5cm. Yuexuan No.1 and new variety (No.2, No.3, No.5 and No.6) expand the multiple in great numbers can reach more than 30 times in thirty days. Turf establishment time of new variety No.5 was 20 days and of Yuexuan No.1and new variety(No.2, No.3 ,No.6)was 27 days. Turf establishment time of Agrostis stolonifera L. cv. Yuexuan No.1and new variety (YuexuanNo.1and new variety No.2, No.3, No.4, No.5 and No.6) had significant difference to Penncross, PennA4, L93.4. Soluble protein and oligosaccharide in leaves decreased all the time while MDA content increased at first and then decreased in the later phase under waterlogging stress in waterlogging stress. The activity of antioxidant enzymes (POD) decreased at first stress and then increased and then decreased. The activity of SOD had disaccord in each variety and take on dynamic change. The activity of CAT decreased at first stress and then increased and then decreased. Various metabolism that connect each other and restricting each other, is extraordinary complicated in waterlogging stress. One simplex physiological effect or physiological index change fall short of explanation whether waterlogging stress tolerance is better or not. Physiological index change in different variety has relative integrality and independency in waterlogging stress.5. The mortality of Yuexuan No.1and new variety No.2 only is 13.3% and 11.1% in the fourteenth day in waterlogging stress. waterlogging stress tolerance of Yuexuan No.1and new variety No.2 is better and had significant difference to the others variety.
