Studies On The Seed Production Base Construction Of Hybrid Rice In Fujian Province

Seed industrialization is an important part of the agriculture modernization. It is the objective requests of socialism market economy development, agriculture and economy development, and plant structure adjustmen in our country. The hybrid rice seed industrialization is an important content of our country seed industrialization and has a great influence on the development of our country seed industrialization. In the five processess of the hybrid rice seed industrialization, the seed production is the base of seed processing, seed vendition and management. The seed production base construction of hybrid rice is the important content of hybrid rice seed industrialization. This paper focused on the hybrid rice seed production base construction in Fujian Province. In this paper, the present conditions and problems was analyzed based on the inquisition, and some useful proposals for the organization mode, management mechanism and seed production technology system were offered.(1) According to the request of hybrid rice seed industrialization development,the proposal is bringed forward that the organization mode of "company + farmer" is developed steadily, that the organization mode of " company + big seed-made farmily" and "company + contracted farmer" are developed emphatically , that the organization mode of " company + professional seed-made village" and " company+ seed-made farm" are developed actively. (2) The proposal is put forward from price mechanism, risk ensure mechanism, science and technology devotion mechanism, base programming mechanism and seed-made depend on law mechanism in the construction of the hybrid rice seed production base management mechanism.(3) The proposal is put forward from seed source parents, base choice, teaching and spread of seed-made technology, mixed leaving and pure keeping, store and keeping system and seed test system in the construction of the hybrid rice seed production technology system .In this paper the aim of the hybrid rice seed production base construction is put forward too.
