EM is the abbreviation of Effective Micro-organims.Along with the development of agriculture, people pay more and more attention on EM and apply it on agriculture to offset disadvantage of antibiotic.But most of previous studies are about some short times of growth of the animal, some of them haven't eliminated negative effect of antibiotic.Even in some of these studies, feed of the animal contain antibiotic. In addition if we only do study about short time of growth of animal,we can not know the synthetical effect about EM.During this study, chicken was feed with fermented feed from the first day to the end of the experiment without antibiotic to find out all data about growth and laying, then sum up these data and study synthetical effect of EM.Experiment one, effect of EM for immunity of egg-laying chicken. The result showed that along with the raising of the proportion of fermented feed, chicken's immunity rised. When fermented feed proportion is more than 40% in feed, its immunity is evidently better than the control.Experiment two, effect of EM for egg-laying chicken's immunity organ. During this experiment, the results showed that all chickens were healthy which was very important for next experiments.Experiment three, effect of EM for content of fat and cholesterol in eggs. During this experiment, the results showed that when proportion was more than 50%, content of cholesterol in eggs evidently falled. When proportion is more than 30%, content of fat in eggs evidently fall. At the same time, fermented feed does not affect content of protein in eggs and weight of eggs. At the same time we detected content of cholesterol and fat in feed, the results showed that in unfermented feed, content of cholesterol was 5 times more than fermented feed and content of fat was 3 times more than fermented feed.Experiment four, effect of EM for egg-laying chicken's growth and laying. During this experiment, the results showed that EM could not improve velocity of growth, nor improve ability of laying. But the results showed that when the proportion of the fermented feed was more than 80%, ability of laying would evidently reduce more than 20%. Analyzing above experiments, EM can improve ability of immunity, and reduce content of cholesterol and fat in eggs. But it is not that the proportion of fermented feed higher is the better, or else ability will descend. Analyzing all the results, the proportion of fermented 40%~50% will be the best.
