Effective microorganisms and yeast cell wall polysaccharides were applied on juvenile Carassius auratus in Qihe river for 30 d to investigate the effects of on water quality changes, juvenile Carassius auratus in Qihe river growth, body composition and nonspecific immunity. The results showed as follow:1. Effects of effective microorganisms and yeast cell wall polysaccharides on water quality changes.Pour effective microorganisms in aquaculture water p H and oxygen had no significant effect(P > 0.05), significantly reduced the aquaculture water ammonia nitrogen and nitrite content(P < 0.05).Feed the yeast cell wall polysaccharides group water p H value, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite content and the control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The common use of aquaculture water water p H and oxygen had no significant effect(P > 0.05), significantly reduced the aquaculture water ammonia nitrogen and nitrite content(P < 0.05).2. Effects of effective microorganisms and yeast cell wall polysaccharides on growth of juvenile Carassius auratus in Qihe river.Pour effective microorganisms, feed the yeast cell wall polysaccharides and the common use, juvenile Carassius auratus in Qihe river weight gain rate increased by 31.22%, 101.38% and 59.89% respectively; feed coefficient fell by 6.78%, 14.41% and 6.78% respectively; Feed the yeast cell wall polysaccharides and the common use groups food intake increased significantly(P<0.05).3. Effects of effective microorganisms and yeast cell wall polysaccharides on body composition of juvenile Carassius auratus in Qihe river.Pour effective microorganisms significantly increasing the crude ash content in the fish body, significantly reduced the crude fat content of fish(P<0.05), crude protein and moisture content of fish body had no significant effect(P>0.05), significantly increased the fish glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, leucine, lysine content improved significantly(P<0.05), the fish body essential amino acids and more tasty amino acids, total amino acid content improved significantly(P<0.05), fish arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoicacid content(P<0.05).Feed the yeast cell wall polysaccharides significantly improved the fish protein content(P<0.05), crude fat, crude ash content of fish body and moisture content had no significant effect(P>0.05); Significantly improved the glycine, lysine, arginine and proline content(P<0.05), significantly improve the fish fish body essential amino acids and more tasty amino acids, total amino acid content(P< 0.05); To fish all kinds of fatty acid content had no significant effect(P>0.05).Two common used significantly improved the fish protein content(P<0.05), crude fat, crude ash content of fish body and moisture content had no significant effect(P>0.05); Significantly improved the fish glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, leucine, lysine, histidine, arginine, proline content(P<0.05), significantly improve the fish fish body essential amino acids and more tasty amino acids, total amino acid content(P <0.05); To fish all kinds of fatty acid content had no significant effect(P>0.05).4. Effects of effective microorganisms and yeast cell wall polysaccharides on nonspecific immunity of juvenile Carassius auratus in Qihe river.Pour effective microorganisms, feed the yeast cell wall polysaccharides and their common use, and the q river carp head kidney and spleen index had no significant influence(P>0.05), significantly increased the serum superoxide dismutase(sod)(P<0.05), effective microorganisms group serum lysozyme activity and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05), feed the yeast cell wall polysaccharides and the common use the serum lysozyme activity significantly increased(P<0.05). Double factor analysis results show that the EM bacteria and yeast cell wall polysaccharides of q river carp serum superoxide dismutase(sod) and lysozyme activity, there is no interaction(P >0.05).
