Evergreen broad-leaved forest is the subtropical zone of vegetation,China's subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest is distribution of the largest and most abundant type of biodiversity in the global. But in recent years due to the deteriorating ecological environment, the ecological crisis of unprecedented magnituden, around evergreen broad-leaved forest has been severely damaged, biodiversity decreased and ecosystem damaged. This habitat fragmentation caused damage to the ecosystems and local extinction to species is widespread, is the most important factor result in loss of biodiversity, through support for ecological restoration by human. The evergreen broad-leaved forest degradation process, the interaction between mycorrhizal with soil and plants will affect forest vegetation to a certain extent.Csclerophylla is the dominant species of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests in the eastern edge of the trees, is the vanguard species of evergreen broad-leaved species in Secondary succession,is the one of key species in the process of Broad-leaved conifers. Qiandao Lake locate in east China's subtropical Beech and Csclerophylla cultivation forest, was formed the artificial lake area of 5.73 × 108km2 Since 1959 Xin'anjiang Hydropower completed, has 1,078 islands above the area of 2500m2 when water level reached 108 meters, has many more smaller isrands. In the survey found that Csclerophylla of evergreen broad-leaved species as one of the most common species in some islands. Paper choose Csclerophylla Stocks and island were relatively concentrated, diverse types of Qiandao Lake southeast Lakes region to conduct research. A Peninsula Habitat and seven different island habitats were conduct in three seasons about Csclerophylla of arbuscular mycorrhizal infection and soil factors ,then conclusions is that:1. In such circumstances, formation of arbuscular mycorrhizal run its own most appropriate soil PH in acidic soil. The mycorrhizal growth of Csclerophylla strong, impact significantly, makes Csclerophylla in deplorable conditions survive, became one of the pioneers Stocks in the Qiandao Lake secondary Community, earliest resumption of the evergreen broad-leaved forest, and was the dominant species in many island communities.2. Due in the fall is the warm, humid, rainy season, Soil temperature and humidity reach the most appropriate scope,so arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi has strong vitality, arbuscular mycorrhizal infection vigorous.3. There are probably around the outside of soil organic matter, rhizosphere microbial communities will be equally affected fungus growth and reproduction. And Csclerophylla' arbuscular mycorrhizal will also affect the rhizosphere soil environment, stimulated phosphoric acid secretion in the rhizosphere of a small region and then promote the root of soil phosphorusand other nutrients absorption, which can adapt to adverse circumstances more quickly.4. Different successional stage different vegetation types, different species richness In different islands will impact on the soil composition and microbial communities around the vegetation. But the arbuscular mycorrhizal infection rate of C.sclerophylla is not significantly affected by it, PEARSON correlation analysis with island size showed significant correlation is y = 0.4027X-0.0303 R2 = 0.5105.Showed the arbuscular mycorrhizal infection of C.sclerophylla is not significantly affected in several different types of habitat in Qiandao Lake, but in succession it could play a certain role to promoting the vanguard of the species to adapt to its environment, accelerating ecosystem recovery and reconstruction.
