Research On Simulation Of Fish School Among Fishing-Aid Module

Navigation simulator has played an important role and has been generally welcomed in navigation education and training since it came into being. With the high-speed development of computer technology, navigation simulators keep updating and the functions of them are improved and getting perfect. In order to meet the need of students who major in ocean fishery and drivers of fishing vessels, it is necessary to add the fishery module to the navigation simulator. As a part of the fishery module, the simulation of fish school provides the data for the production of the echo of the fish finder simulator, also it can be adopted by other simulators for example: the fishing module.In recent years, as the rapid development of the computer technology, the science of artificial life keeps growing, which make it possible to carry out the biological simulation on computer. The thesis tries to apply the achievement of the research of artificial life to my study and simulate the movement of the fish school.The movement of the fish school is a typical herd behavior. Based on the presentation and analysis of crowd algorithms, the thesis chose an algorithm suitable for the simulation of fish school, Boids algorithm. The thesis described the process of construction of the mode in detail, made use of the Boids algorithm to carry out the fish school simulation, and made the simulation effect almost fit for the fact by changing the parameters and optimizing the program. On the basis above, I made use of the CGI to achieve the visibility of the fish school simulation.The simulation of the fish school's movement provides the data for echo of the fish finder simulators, which makes it be able to produce the echo picture most appropriate for the rule of movement and also can be employed by other simulators in the fishery module.
