Study On The Isolation And Identification Of JL Strain Of Avian IBV And Immunogencity

Avian Infectious Bronchitis Disease is caused of Infectious Bronchitis Virus(IBV). It is an acute and height contagious disease. Recently, Iinfectious Bronchitis (IB) are epidemic in JiLin province that result in enormous economic loss.In order to discover the regularity of genesis and development of this disease, control the epidemic disease, we did some research on isolation and identification and preparation inactive vaccine f Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus.The strains of Infectious Bronchitis Virus(IBV)was isolated from chicken kidney of the young layer flocks in some regions of JiLin province. Biological and physical chemistry characterizations of the virus were investigated by virus pathogenicity to chicken embryo and early chickens, hemagglutination test(HA), hemagglutination inhibition test(HI), dwarfing embryonated chicken eggs and electron microscope.It demonstrated that allantoic fluid of each passage virus could hemagglutinate chicken red blood cells by treatment with phosphoesterase.
