The Analysis Of Alkaloid Component On Astragalus Variabilis Bunge

Astragalus variabilis Bunge(yellow flower)is a kind of poisonous plant which was found in pastue located in north and northwest of Mongolia Alashan alliance. Its biological character is similar with Astragalus variabilis Bunge.The main difference between them is the color of their flowers . The fromer is yellow ,the latter is sky-blue or fuchsia. The clinic symptoms of poisoned livestock are alike, both result in death of animals, disturbance of reproduction of female and oestrus of maleness.Because the poisoned factor and character of this plant now are unknown, So people still haven't fond any way to prevent it. This study analysis the alkaloid component of Astragalus variabilis Bunge(yellow flower),On one hand found out the toxin component and worked out effective detoxifcation scheme, On the other hand compared the alkaloid components with other Locoweed , In order to ascertain the correlation of the poisonous components and offer the basic information for toxicology reseach.This study consists of four parts:the systematic pre-experiment of chemical component of Astragalus variabilis Bunge(yellow flower), the GC-MS analysis of chemical component of Astragalus variabilis Bunge(yellow flower) extracted by petroleum ether, the thin layer fingerprint atlas of the plants of locoweed and the analysis of chemical component extracted by n-butanol. The results as follow.1. The systematic pre-experiment of chemical component on Astragalus variabilis Bunge(yellow flower) The result indicated that it contains saccharide, organic acid, polyphenolics, tannins, amino acid, protein, glycosidesorpoly saccharides, saponins, alkaloid, Flavonoids, anthraquinones, coumarin, terpenoids, steroids, no naphtha and lipin, cyanogenetic glycoside and aliphatic nitro compounds.2. GC-MS analysis of chemical constituents of Astragalus variabilis Bunge(yellow flower) extracted by petroleum ether through the analysis of GC-MS, six compound were identified, The constituents include organ acid, ester, ketone, alcohol et al. the highest of content is E-15-Heptadecenal ,about 18.906%,9-Octadecenoic acid,(E)- is secondly, up to 11.949%.3.The analysis of chemical components extracted by n-butanol .The analysis of chemical composition of fractions were treated with chromatograph on silica gel column.
