The lackness of B would result soybean unseeded, the availability of B is affected by climate factors, therefore, the effect of different climate situation and different fertilization level of B to the soybean up growth are investigated to offer theory basis for using B reasonably under climate condition of different years, so that the output of soybean can be heightened and maintain to a reliable level. This experiments were performed with potted planting, used"soybean north 9395"as materials, which was sensitive to B. Using artificial control situations of adumbral net and artificial climate box and chamber rainproof and air-condition and so on. By studying the effect of illumination, soil water and B on growth and root character of soybean, confirmed the relation of the role of B and different weather condition in the soybean, the results showed:As the same B content and the same illumination condition, the number of pods and seeds and the weigh and the height of seeds per plant and the accumulation of B was improvement when the increase of soil water. During bloom and legume growing, the main root length didn't distinctness by soil water treatment, the effect inundation on side root length and main root wide and root weight is little. The effect drought climate condition on side root length and main root wide and main root weight is distinctness, inundation and droutht treatment effect on root nodule, and more distinct drought than inundation. As the normal illumination, the effect inundation on side root weight and ribre root weight and root volume is little. But the effect drought on side root weight and fiber root weight and root volume is distinct. As the same soil water and B, when illumination weakens, the plant length is increase, dry matter of the soybean and legumes per plant and beans of per plant and bean weight per plant.As the same soil water and illumination, applying B can alleviate water stress increase on the plant length and side root length weight and fiber root weight, as the normal illumination, applying B can alleviate drought menace on the number of seeds per plant and the weight of root and root volume side root length, alleviate drought and inundation menace on root nodule weight and B content of legume.As the cover illumination condition, applying B can alleviate water menace on main root length and root weight, alleviate drought menace on side root length, alleviate drought and flood menace on main root weight and root nodule weight, alleviate drought and normal water menace on B content of caudexes, alleviate menace of normal water and flood menace on B content of legumen.
