Interleukine-17(IL-17) of swine is important cytokine in vivo. In this study to amplify IL-17 of pig, using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) from the total RNA from Bama mini pig's peripheral blood lymphocyte stimulated by ConA. The IL-17 gene was cloned into pMD18-T vector and identified by PCR and restriction enzyme digestion. The sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide and the deduced amino acid sequences of the IL-17 shared 99.4% homology with that published in GenBank. The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of the IL-17 of mini-Bama pig shared 785.5%, 82.5%, 73.4% and 82.5%, 73.4%, 63.6% with cow, human and house mouse respectively. The comparisons of the sequences of nucleotide and the deduced amino acid showed that the gene IL-17 was conserved.Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) is the...
