Identification Of Resistance To Erysiphe Cruciferarum Junell And Study On Enzymes Associated With PM In Brassica Rape

The rape Erysiphe resistantance was identified in field and lab identification trail, effection of rape yield constitute factor and physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied in this thesis. The main results are showed in following. 1 Inductive reactance of rape Erysiphe and varieties44 Brassica rape varieties, such as shangdang rape,and 47 B.napus varieties, such as zhongshuang No.5 and the Oil king of U.S.A were chosen in field trial . Result shows all of these varieties can be divided into 6 types.I Immunity variety: No disease spots are found on leaves in the course of disease. The typical cases are W-6, Branching of He-yang and Brassica 21 A.II High disease-resistant varieties: The disease spots' area is about 5 percent of leaf area in Erysiphe peak period and any vague fungus root on the leaf. The typical cases are Qin-you No3, 200a55,Zhong-shuang No8, Slov-mo, Qian-you Nol2 and Zhong-shuang No9.III Disease-resistance varieties: The disease spots' area is from 6 percent to 10 percent of leaf area in Erysiphe peak period. There is some fungus root on leaves. The typical cases are Wen-xi rape, Hybrid 2121,Qian-you No14 and Qin-you No7.IV Horizontai resistance varieties: The disease spots' area is from 11 percent to 20 percent of leaf area in Erysiphe peak period. There are some fungus root and sperm on leaves. The typical cases are May rape of Shang-hai, Yellow hybrid No 1 ,Zhong-shuang No6 and Zhong-shuang No7 and so on.V Middle infectious varieties: The disease spots' area is from 21 percent to 40 percent of leaf area in Erysiphe peak period. There is much of spore is released from fungi. The typical varieties are 22WS7,He-fei rape, American rape king,02SN26,Yu-you No5 and Hua-za No4.VI Infectious varieties: The disease spots' area is over 40 percent of leaf area in Erysiphe peak period. Erysiphe infects leaf and stem and spore sac is broken.The typical varieties are Jin-you No1 ,02SN140 and 02AN7.The following result reveals the identification of laboratory experiment about 66 B.napus rape varieties; they are concluded into 6 grades and 3 types.I Near immunity or high resistance: Disease index is about 0 % to 5% and no symptom on plants. The cases are W-6, Xiang-nongda Recovery, and Necolas.II Horizontai resistance: Disease index is from 30% to 50%, The bacterium silk isn't expanding after inoculation and a few spore releases on the leaf. These varieties are Zhong-shuang No.7, Dan-za No.l HSIC10 and son on.III: Infectious varieties: Disease index is from 50% to 100%, The bacterium silk expands quickly after inoculation and much of spore releases on the leaf. The typical cases are Hybird98033,Xiang-you No.15 and other 44 varieties.2 Effect of yield constitution factors of rape infected by ErysipheSeveral important economical characters of rape are affected differently after been infected by Erysiphe. Number of angle fruit decreases obviously, the average is 9;The length of main inflorescence is shortened 6cm;Number of seed in angle fruit is reduced two seeds; Yield of single plant and mass of 1000...
