It was studied that physiological and biochemical characteristics in Yunjie with self-compatibility line (ESC1) and self-incompatibility line (ESI1) in this paper. The protect enzyme activity and 17 amino acids in Eraca sativa Mill. special tissues including stigma and anther were tested and stigma proteins electrophoresis were did. The results showed as follows:1. The relationship between protect enzyme activity and self-comatibility in yunjie The results showed that the activity of SOD,POD and CAT rises up after pollination in self-incompatible line and self-compatible line.The SOD,POD and CAT activities of self-compatibility line and self-incompatibility line have similar trend in table, and the enzyme activity have not significant differences in every time stage between self-compatibility line and self-incompatibility line after cross-pollination.The SOD, POD and CAT activities of self-compatible line was significant high than self-incompatible line after self-pollination. The results showed that the change of enzyme activities correlated with expression of self-compatible genes.2. Differences of protein expression between self-incompatible lines and self-compatible linesThe result of PAGE showed that existing protein bands difference between self-compatible lines and self-incompatible lines and 3 special different bands in self-compatible lines.The results of SDS-PAGE showed that bud stage stigma of self-compatible lines and self-incompatible lines have 17 and 15 main bands respectively and self-compatible lines have 3 bands in 50.5KD, 18.0KD and 15.5KD that different from self-incompatible lines. In 42.0KD, the band of self-incompatible was stronger than self-compatible lines.The results of SDS-PAGE showed that mature stigma of self-compatible lines and self-incompatible lines have 19 and 18 main bands respectively and self-compatible lines have 3 bands in 50.5KD, 18.0KD and 66.0KD that different from self-incompatible lines. There are no differences between self-compatible lines and self-incompatible lines in 15.5KD and 42.0KD. So, there are differences about regulation of protein expression between self-compatible lines and self-incompatible lines that possibly control self-compatibility.3. The result of PAS staining showed that self-compatible lines have 2 glycoprotein bands in 66.0KD and 50.5KD and self-incompatible lines have 1 glycoprotein band in 66.0KD.4. The changes of amino acid composition in anther and stigma in self-compatible lines and self-compatible lines in yunjieThe amino acid composition was tested by amino acid auto-analyzer. The results showed as follows:The amino acid gross in anther of self-incompatible was high than self-compatible lines. The amino acid gross in bud stage stigma of self-compatible was rising from bud stage to mature stage, but self-incompatible line was just reversed.Comparison anther amino acid composition between self-compatible lines and...
