A great diversity of the biological activities and the pharmacologica functions on soybean-isoflavone endows its abundant utilization values. And it is a either multifunctional pharmaceutical or health product abounding with developing prospect. However, 80 percent of soybean is used as grease materials. Residue from soybeans having been degreased is used as manure and creature fodder,and its abundant soybean-isoflavone is not all utilized fully. Besides, most soybean-isoflavone is washed away in vain when soybean used as plant protein is processed. No doubt, both are wasted extremely precious soybean-isoflavone whose distributed range is very infinit. In order to realize the optimal utility of universal resources which become increasingly in poverislvnent, and to confer benefits on the mankind and to meet the socielty's needs of soybean-isoflavone of the conspicuous effect. It is necessary to study and develop extracting and separating of soybean-isoflavone from soybean promptly.The article is according to the necessity justly. All kinds of technical conditions about the extraction and separation of soybean-isoflavone by AB-8 macroreticular resin from soybean are studied, and a number of important results are obtained.1.The optimal method of removing fat and protein in extraction isoflavone from soybean were investigated by one-factor design. The results showed that the optimal condition was using Suo surname fat extraction apparatus with 90% petrol at 70~80℃for 4h. The best de-protein method was using 80% ethanol for 96h under cold condition, the loss of isoflavone was also lower than other method..2.The AB- resin pretreatment UV spectrograph sees the chart result to indicate that, in the sample has not picked out the normal hexane, the benzene, the toluene, the xylene, the xylene, the styrene, the divinyl benzene。3.The AB-8 resin fractionation by adsorption purification soybean isoflavone experimental study indicated that,16gAB-8 adsorption resin may adsorb the ethyl alcohol withdrawing line 1.5064g, the adsorption soybean isoflavone 0.307g。4. Four factors of alcohol-concentration, auxiliary rate, temperature and time of leaching soybean-isoflavone with alcohol were optimized. The experiments indicated that the optimal technical conditions of leaching soybean-isoflavone with alcohol were as follows: alcohol concentration 70%, auxiliary rate 1:15,temperature50℃and time 5h.5.Glycitingroups and genistingroups TLC qualitative and quantitative analysis method...
