This text studied the influence of temperature and serum-free medium on the goat oocytes in vitro maturation (IVM), and in vitro fertilization (IVF), main results as follows:1.The experiment compared the number of usable oocytes from follicles of slaughtered goat ovaries between the methods of dissection and aspiration. The difference between the two methods was significant (P<0.05), which indicated that the usable number of oocytes collected by dissection was obviously larger than by aspiration (1.56/ ovary vs. 0.86/ ovary).2.Studies on goat oocytes collected by dissection showed that the difference of the numbers of collected oocytes between the different seasons was significant (P<0.05), and the goat ovaries could be collected more usable oocytes in non-breeding seasons (1.71/ ovary vs. 1.27/ ovary).3.When oocytes in vitro cultured, matured and fertilizated in different temperatures as 38.0℃, 39.0℃and 40.0℃, the maturation rate were 64.0%, 57.70% and 58.7%, respectively; while the fertility rate were 13.4%, 14.7% and 12.8% , respectively. The results indicated that: as long as the temperature of maturation and fertilization within the scope of goat normal body temperature, the maturation and fertility rates have no significant difference (P>0.05).4.IVC, IVM and IVF of usable oocytes collected by dissection and aspiration under...
