Presently, mini-seedling graft method of Hevea brasiliensis has some problems, such as the cion needs more time to bud after surviving of graft, grafted mini-seedlings was growing weakly, and so on. Which make the advantage of mini-seedling graft method at a discount. This research aims to finding some appropriate measure to improve coin budding rate of seedling and growing speed, fostered strong grafted mini-seedlings. The results will play an important role in mini-seedling graft method of Hevea brasiliensis.In order to understand the effect of coin budding and growth on grafted Mini- Seedling of Hevea brasiliensis by different treatments, such as different graft time, different light covering, different treatments by phytohormones and different phytohormones proportion by dipping root, with absolute random group design and the quadratic general rotary unitized design, four trails were conducted to study the effect of the content of chlorophyll, average net rate of photosynthesis, light saturation point, rate of shoot, rate of cion budding, thick of stock stem, thick of cion stem and length of cion stem. A optimized phytohormones proportion and method of treatment were worked out, which could promote coin budding quickly and strong grafted mini-seedling of Hevea brasiliensis.The results showed as follow:1. Different effect of growth result by different graft time in grafted mini-seedling of Hevea brasiliensis, But there was not beneficial to growth of the seedling, due to graft too erly in the erly spring.2. Different effect of growth result by different light treatment in grafted mini-seedling of Hevea brasiliensis. Rate of shoot by 10% light penetrated rate treatment was very low. To compare with rate of cion budding, light treatment with 75% light penetrated rate was faster than 100% light penetrated rate 12 days.
