Through studying the dynamic effect of Qingliang decoction in chicken immune organ in a state under high temperature stress, to clarify the role of Qingliang Decoction on Celluar Immune effect;Through researching the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine in Qingliang Decoction in vitro of little mouse's spleen lymphocyte and the content of IL-2 in little mouse's spleen lymphocyte up-clear cultivation liquid, to explore the role of various mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine , to provide a theoretical basis for the pharmacological effect and group mechanisms of Qingliang decoction.108 35-year-old roosters of Chinese Agricultural University were randomly divided into three groups, 36 chickens of each group , respectively normal atmosphere temperature control group, high-temperature control group and high-temperature medicine using group. High-temperature medicine using group was fed traditional Chinese medicine decoction (density 1g/ml), the proportion of the amount of medicine fed and feedingstaff were 1:1000. On day1,day4 ,day8 ,and day 10, each group kill 5 respectively for thymus, spleen, bursa of Fabricius, using methods of measurement of the immune group to determine the content of CD4~+,CD8~+ T cell in immune organs. Gypsum,Cortex phellodendron,Actractycodes japonica,Agastache rugosa, Actractycodes japonica oil and Agastache rugosa oil were respectively added to little mouse spleen lymphocyte appreciation liquid, and put into CO2 incubators under 37℃,39℃和42℃to determine determine the ability of lymphocyte multiplication and IL-2 secretion after ConA function.In high temperature , the level of CD4~+,CD8~+ T cell in medicine using group was higher than the high-temperature control group , and day 8 was the most evident. The difference is prominent or extremely prominent; The level of IL-2 of immune organs in medicine using group is higher than high-temperature control group,and the difference is prominent or extremely prominent. In the lymphocyte appreciation test, medicine using groups all could restrain lymphocyte proliferation in 39℃and 42℃; The group of Gypsum of low dosage (0.05μg/ml ) can promote lymphocytes obviously in coordination with ConA in one hour under 42℃,and the difference is prominent.The group of Cortex phellodendron,Actractycodes japonica,Agastache rugosa of high dosage (500μg/ml ) under 39℃and 42℃, could be extremely obviously promote lymphocytes t proliferation in coordination with ConA, and the difference was extremely prominent . The Actractycodes japonica oil group (1μg/ml ) in different conditions could promote lymphocytes proliferation in coordination with ConA , but not obvious, and the difference was not...
