This thesis studied on the effect to metabolism of layers by the different doses of Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Procaine mixed as three metabolism modulators to inject into breeding eggs This test include one control group and tested group 1 (VE ± VC), tested group2 (VE ± Procaine) ,tested group 3 (VE ± Vc ± Procaine) .This thesis has three series:Series I : Study of embryonic regulator to enhance production performance and immunity capability of layersThis series apply metabolism regulators injecting into breeding eggs to effect on embryo during embryonic period. This series studied effect on growth, production performance, immunity capability and genital system. Results showed that: Compared with control group, during laying period, the average egg weight of 3 tested groups were increased very significant (P<0.01) .Laying rate of tested group 2 during 38-41 weeks and tested group3 during 34-37weeks were enhanced ,difference was significant (p<0.05) .The total egg production, tested group 1 during 34-41 weeks and tested group 2 during 30-41 weeks were enhanced too, difference was significant (P<0.05). As far as immunity apparatus,The ratio of spleen weight/ body weight of tested group 2 increased 86.13%, difference was significant(P<0.05) . Serum Newcastle Disease (ND) -Hemagglutination Inhibition (Hl)titer of treated group 2 in 14 and 28 days after the second vaccination reached 6.167 ± 0.307 and 6.667±0.211, difference was significant(P<0.05).Treated group 2 in 14 and 28 days reached 6.500 ± 0.224 (P<0.01) and 6.167 ± 0.307 (p<0.05) , difference of other index are not significant (P>0.05) . As far as genital apparatus, the ratio of ovary weight/body weight and uterus weight/body weight of treated group 1 enhanced 64.60% and 34.18% (P<0.05) respectively, difference of treated group 2 and 3 are not significant (P>0.05) .The number of DF, LW and S W of test group 2 had a significant enhancement compared with control group(P<0. 05 ) . There was no significant effect on egg follicles else.Series II: Study of embryonic regulator on growing performance and hormonemetabolism of roostersThis test studied effect on growth, hormone metabolizing and immunity performance of roosters after appling different dose metabolism regulators during embryo times to afford theoretics reference for production. Results showed that: Compared with control group during 0-18 weeks of age of tested group 1, 5-6,9-10 and 11-12 weeks of age of tested group 2, 3-4 and 11-12 weeks of age of tested group 3, the weiht ganin of roosters were significantly increased, especially the total weight gain of tested group 1 and tested group 2 were increased 4.97% (P<0.05) 和 9.65% respectively. Feed gain ratio of tested group 2 and tested group 3 were discreased by 12.08% and 8.98%,the difference are significant.During 3-4,5-6 and 11-12 weeks of age, tested group 3 were respectively discreased by 12.26% (P<0.05) , 8.97%(P<0.01) and 8.98%(P<0.05), other correlative number difference are not significant (P>0.05) . Other correlative number difference are not significant (P>0.05) .As far as internal secretion, contents of serum Ins and T4 of treated group 3 were respectively evelated by 32.65% (p<0.05) and 27.62% (p<0.05) .Dynamic changes of serum GH levels of control group and tested group 2 were 0.481+0.036 ng/ml and 0.539+0.022 ng/ml (P<0.05) at 13:00 respectively. There had no significant effect on gain performance of roosters. But ratio of testicle weight/body weight of tested group 1, 2 and 3 were respectively evelated 2.758 (P<0.01). 3.841 (p<0.01) and 1.873 (p>0.05) than controlgroup. The ratio difference of immunity apparatus weight /body weight was not significant.Series III: Study of regulating embryonic metabolism to enhance heat stress resistance capability for layersThis test studied effect on growth performance, blood index of layers and number of egg follicles in heat stress phase after appling different dose metabolism modulators during embryo times. Results showed that: Compared with control group, 7.50% and 9.82% of average egg weights in...
