Research On The Pollens' Electrified And The Improvement Of The Pollens' Electrostatic Separating Device

Multiploid breeding can produce many superior new species .The bottle-neck of the method is how to separating the 2n pollens from the n pollens .We can find the main difference characters between the 2n pollens and the n pollens in these aspects: the diameter of the pollens ,the content of the DNA ,and the character of the pollens in the cytology .But the only character we can use to separate the pollens is the diameter .Based on the diversity of the diameter ,three methods are made to separate the pollens ,they are the electrostatic separating method ,the screening method and the sedimentation velocity method.While we separated the pollens with the electrostatic field ,we made a process that was the pollens electrostatic treatment .There are a lot of experiments testify that the treatment can effect the germination percentage of the pollens .Through the calculations ,we can made the conclusions that the electric field intensity in the pollen's wall produced by the applied electrostatic field are 1000 multiple larger than the applied electrostatic intensity .The value are much bigger than the resting membrane electric field intensity of the pollen .We can say that the effect from the applied electric field to the resting membrane potential would make the effect to the property of the membrane .The cause of the germination percentage effected by the electrostatic field are related with the changing of the applied electrostatic field intensity.Based on the electrostatic separation theory, we went deep into the analysis of the pollen's electrification principle. After many experiments, we testify that the pollen's separating device could be used well in the separating work. By regression analysis of the experiment data the regression equation of the separation device separating performance quality about the influencing factors was founded.
