| Breeding good Lentinula edodes strains by protoplast monokaryoninzation technique , while the agronomy character of mon-mon crosses combination were evaluated comprehensively using the grey system theory. The methods of High-Stably yielding coefficient (HSC) and adaptability parameters were used on the analysis of high stable yielding character. Meanwhile the application of these methods on breeding of Lentinula edodes were discussed.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the 90 , 87, 117, 84, 101, 143, (Lentinula edodes of 856), 16, 63, 96, 29, 7 had a higher position on the agronomy characters than others, and the high-stably yield was higher. As the result of preliminary examination these strains were valued to be cultivated in region trial, compared the \43(Lentinula edodes of 856).Choosed seven Lentinula edodes strains which were cultivated widely in different area, and two strains grow wildly. Collected 18 different protoplast monocaryons with the method of monokagoninzation.After mon-mon crosses combination, collected 144 new strains which have clamp connection .8 stains which growed very slow or can not grow on the medium successfully had been reject. The other 135 strains would be cultivated.The grey related degree analysis indicated that the 12 characters were interacted each other. The relationship of pileus thickness to stipe length, pileus diameter; pileus diameter to stipe length, pileus thickness; stipe length to the weight of fruit bodies,; color-changing period to fruiting period, growth velocity on PDA, growth velocity on sawdust; the amount of fruit bodies to yield, fruiting period color-changing period, the percentage of pileus weight was the strongest. Stipe length, pileus diameter, pileus thickness, pileus diameter, had a similar correlation order, though they interacted strongly, the four characters stood alone compared others, belonged to a closing related character group. Color-changing period, fruiting period, the percentage of pileus weight, growth velocity on PDA, growth velocity on sawdust, belonged anther character group related closely, judged by the similar correlation order among them. The interaction between the two character groups was much smaller. Compared to other characters the yield, amount of fruit bodies, weight of fruit bodies were stood alone.
