By the research of inhibitive effect,protective effect and mechanism on garlic extracts to usarium oxysporum f. sp. Cucumerinum and Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.niveum Snyder et Heansen,the purpose is to lay the foundation for protective measure of nuisance free vegetable on garlic bulb crude extracts tousarium oxysporum f. sp. Cucumerinum and Fusarium oxysporium f.niveum Snyder et Heansen.The mian reacerch is as follows:1. Inhibitive effect on garlic bulb crude extracts to pathogen and spore. By the methods of pathogen mycelia growth and spore germination, the results show that the mean diameter of pathogen inhibited circle and inhibitive effects on pathogen mycelia growth and spore germination was increasing as the increase of garlic extracts concentration. The inhibited circle is the biggest and the inhibited rate on pathogen is the highest when the concentrations of garlic bulb extracts increased to 20 mg/ml. The inhibitive rate to spore germination reached 100% when the concentration of garlic bulb extracts increased to 10 mg/ml.2. The effect of preventing and controlling on garlic bulb crude extracts to usarium oxysporum f. sp. Cucumerinum and Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.niveum Snyder et Heansen. In the experiment of fusarium wilt control on cucumber and watermelon seedlings with pathogen inoculation, the results showed that the disease could be effectively controlled by garlic bulb crude extracts, and the controlling effects were increasing as the increase of garlic extracts concentration. When garlic extracts concentration increased to 100 mg/ml, the protecting and controlling effect on cucumber was the best, the protecting and controlling of variety of disease-resistant and vulnerable was 81.8% and 65.5%. When garlic extracts concentration increased to 500 mg/ml, the protecting and controlling effect on watermelon was the best, the protecting and controlling of variety of disease-resistant and vulnerable 94.4% and 71.4%.3.
