| Abrus cantoniemis Hance , named Jigucao in China, is a leguminous medicinal plant used for curing acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis presently. Except for its medicinal value, it is also one of Chinese traditional medicines for export. With the consumption of Abrus cantoniensis increasing and wildlife resources reducing, artificial culturing is a necessary way. In order to increase it's biomass, it is inevitable to apply chemical fertilizers. However, farmers liked to fertilize the nitrogen fertilizers excessively for the highly yield, thus inducing emergence of diseases and insect pests. As a result, pesticide residues had increased, the content of effective components was decreased and environmental pollution had appeared. This experiment selected urea as a test nitrogen fertilizer and established six fertilizer levels which was 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25kg pure nitrogen each 667m (code number was CK, A, B, C, D, E respectively),. In this study, the effect on the plant growth and effective components of Abrus cantoniensis from the perspective of the level of nitrogen had been researched; Meanwhile identify applying of nitrogen fertilizer economic, efficiently and reasonably. The main results are as follows: 1. With the amount increasing of applying nitrogen, the pigment concentrations in the leaves, photosynthesis rate and it's biological yield increased, the ratio... |
