Study On The Effect Of Insemination Condition On The Dairy Cow Sex Ratio And The Conception Rate

The experiment was conducted with 5 factors to study the effect of insemination condition on the dairy cow sex ratio and the conception rate.The purpose of the experiment is to investigate the value of contraling insemination condition on sex contral of dairy cow.Part one Control experiment was used to investigate the effect of differect acidic thawing solution on dairy cow's sperm's quality.The object is to research a thrawing solution that can be used to investigate the effect of acidic thrawing solution on the dairy cow sex ratio and the conception rate in part two experiment.Part two Random 1086 dairy cows were divided into 5 groups according to the different factors (the concerntration of hydrochloride, the position of hydrochloride treated, the affecting time of hydrochloride, the means of changing sperm's acid base condition, the concerntration of acetic acid ),then every group was divided into 2 small groups according to thefactor's levels (5%/10%, uterus cervix/uterine body, 15 minute/30minute, Arginine treated/ thrawing solution treated,1%/3%) to investigate the effect of every experiment factor on the dairy cow sex ratio and the conception rate.
