The target of this thesis is to conrirm the most effective vaccine,inoculation approach and the best time of firsrst time immunity through tests of immunity result of 2kinds of aftosa vaccine in different day-aged piglings and inoculation approaches.At the same time it researches that when the pigling is 45 days of age,the titer of titer of antibody of sow is higher and it still has protection ability for the pigling and after being immunized concentrated vaccine and common vaccine the pigling and after of antibody raises from transitory decline and after 25 days of immunity the titer of antibody can not reach the critical protective value.When the 50-day and 55-days of immunity groups use concentrated vaccine and common vaccine,both titers of antibodies are over the critical protective value,and after 15 days of immunity it is found that the titer of common vaccine immunity group is lower than that of the concentrated vaccine immunity group when the days are the same.
