| Theileria sergenti is a protozoal disease of bovine and ovine caused by Theileria, which in the blood. In now days, the disease is prevented by medicines. In order to provide theprovide scientific evidences for development of gene engineering vaccines of our country as soon as posible, the animal models of Theileria sergenti with bovine were copied successfully to discuss the effect of gene engineering vaccines combined with extended-release medicines to Theileria sergenti. The protection of extended-release- 3 CD, Butalex and P33 gene engineering vaccine were accessed. The results indicated hsp-p33 only, hsp-p33 adjuvant and T.s merozoite all can provide strong protection for the inoculated bovines against Theileria sergenti. The clinical syndromes didn't appear in the inoculated bovines and the indexes of PCV, RBC et al all in normal level. The immunoprotection can persist 50 or so, which it enough to spent the continuous period for the inoculated bovines. In the three vaccines, Hsp-p33 and T.s merozoite have better immunoprotection than hsp-p33 only. In the bovines inoculated with medicines, Butalex can protect the bovines better than Belenil. The more better medicines can be screened, the reference evidences of development of gene engineering vaccine can be gained by this study. |
