Biogas fermentation is the important way to remit energy resource crisis and energy resource in countryside of China. The processing parameters impact biogas production rate and quality seriously.it is high efficiency to produce biogas that choice appropriate processing parameters.The experimental simulated the principle of operation of hydraulic pressure methane tank, proceeded from effective demand, through the medium of self-command methane fermentation plant, we looked into know clearly that these three factors including period of employing materials, the kind of inocula, inoculum impacted to biogas production. In addition, through Orthogonal Cross, we got know clearly stack retting processing mode, period of employing materials, inocula the kind of and inoculum.Through three different periods of employing materials, we looked into the effect of lowering of charge interval on aerogenesis. The results showed that under 8% of raw total solids concentration, 6.8-7.4 of pH, the methane tank sludge, 20% of them inoculated, after 30 days of fermentation, it was 9 days of period that the effect was execellent. The total aerogenesis tolerance was 42490.70 mL, the day aerogenesis tolerance was 1416.36 mL, the pit held aerogenesis rate was 0.217 m~3/m~3·d , the stuff held aerogenesis rate was 0.241 m~3/m~3·d, the raw material aerogenesis rate was 0.090 m~3/kg·TS. All of them were raised 153.41%, 153.41%, 152.33%, 153.68% and 150% in comparison. The methane content of the biogas was over 70%.The appropriate inocula can raise the effect of biogas production. In this paper, we studied three different kinds of sludge, under 8% of raw total solids concentration, 6.8~7.4 of pH, 20% of inoculum, after 30 days of fermentation. The result showed that the methane tank sludge was execellent, with 25338.16 mL of the total aerogenesis tolerance, 844.61 mL of day aerogenesis tolerance. 0.129 m~3/m~3·d of pit held aerogenesis rate, 0.144 m~3/m~3·d of stuff held aerogenesis rate, 0.054 m~3/ kg·TS of raw material aerogenesis rate.
