With the continuous progress and development of society, the world's medical technology level is also rising.Human being in the level of medical technology has made rapid progress, and experimental animals in medical research on the clinical practice has a close relationship. In recent years,in order to facilitate the medical trial to explore, the major hospitals, medical research institutes, medical institutions have established an independent experimental animal center in which there are large-scale breeding experimental animals.Large-scale breeding and application of experimental animals, followed by a large number of experimental animal faeces, experimental animal faeces treatment of the experimental animal center of a major problem. At present, after investigation found that it was the treatment of experimental animal faeces with medical waste together with most of the buried treatment,a small part of the experimental animal faeces after treatment back to the field as fertilizer. This will not only pollute the environment, but also threaten the health of human.Anaerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure have been widely used,at the same time, after the anaerobic fermentation treatment of the experimental animal manure,it can be transformed into biogas,a clean energy, which is a reasonable way of treatment. And it has vital significance in dealing with the environmental pollution caused by the experimental animal feces. In this paper,an anaerobic fermentation device was designed and analyzed. The effects of two kinds of experimental animal fecal anaerobic fermentation materials were investigated. On the basis of the single factor test, the total solid concentration of different fermentation materials was analyzed under the constant temperature condition, and the preliminary optimization factors were obtained.(CL)wistar rats were subjected to anaerobic fermentation orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels of temperature, total solid concentration and C/N ratio, and the optimum conditions for anaerobic fermentation were obtained. The main contents and research results of this paper were as follows:(1)Experimental animals live in a sterile environment, and their food raw materials and other animals are different,so the composition of its feces are alsodifferent, carbon and nitrogen ratio is one of the main factors affecting anaerobic fermentation. After analyzing the properties of raw materials,it was found that the carbon and nitrogen ratio of fistar rats was 14: 1.The ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 21: 1.At the time of single factor test,we tested the best C/N ratio of 25: 1 for anaerobic fermentation with a large number of tests. The carbon and nitrogen ratios of the two kinds of experimental animals were less than 25: 1,and the straw with relatively large carbon and nitrogen was mixed and mixed into a mixed fermentation material with carbon and nitrogen ratio of 25: 1 for anaerobic fermentation.(2)The experiment was carried out under 30?,35?,40?,45? and 50? at constant temperature for 30% of the inoculation amount of the wistar rat feces and straw as the fermentation material. The results showed that the total solid concentration was 8%,10%,12%,14%,16% and 18% respectively. The experimental results showed that the experimental groups can be anaerobic fermentation, and both methane gas generation. The experimental results showed that the maximum concentration of 18% in the experimental group with the total solid concentration of 18% is 331 mL at 35?,and the cumulative gas production is the largest in the experimental group with the total solid concentration of 18% at 35?.The average methane content in the experimental group with the total solid concentration of 18% was 53.93% at 35?.(3)Through the analysis of single factor test results of raw materials mixed with anaerobic fermentation of wistar rats and stalks, the optimum temperature was 35?.It can be seen that the wistar rat feces and straw mixed into anaerobic fermentation of raw materials is more suitable for moderate temperature 35? for anaerobic fermentation. And the total solid concentration of the anaerobic fermentation solution should not be too low.If the total solid concentration of the anaerobic fermentation liquid is low,the total solid concentration of the fermentation liquid will lead to the growth and reproduction of all kinds of microbial bacteria required for anaerobic fermentation.(4)Anaerobic fermentation was not carried out in an anaerobic fermentation when mixed with feces and straw as a fermentation material for scientific research. No methane gas was generated. The initial test and the second pretreatment test did not make the anaerobic fermentation normal, the study found that the two experiments were not carried out anaerobic fermentation, because the acid produced with the anaerobic fermentation did not get neutral,Due to the low pH value, leading to the anaerobic fermentation, which should be with the raw material properties of fermentation raw materials should have a certain relationship. It can be seen that the pH value is also an important factor affecting the anaerobic fermentation.(5)Through the analysis of the orthogonal test of raw material mixed with anaerobic fermentation of wistar rats,it was found that the order of the factors affecting the gas production of feces and straw mixed anaerobic fermentation was: Temperature A> total solid concentration B> C/N ratio. The order of the mean methane content of fist and straw mixed anaerobic fermentation was: temperature A> C/C> total solid concentration B The optimum experimental scheme of fecal and straw mixed anaerobic fermentation was obtained: the temperature was 35?,the ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 25: 1,and the total solid concentration of fermentation liquid was 18%.
