Through the field and the pot experiment, using three factors and threelevels orthogonal design to study the effects of combined application of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous on winter wheat yield and quality indexes. At the same time, through the pot experiment, chlorophyll content in leaves and the reducing sugar content in stems and leaves in different time were studied when combined application of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous. By comparision between different treatments, the best association for high yield, high quality and high effective of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous was obtained. The main results are summed up as follows:1. Both zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous are all have significant influence on amylose, amylopectin and the total starch content under combined application of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous. Except that, the complication of nitrogen and phosphorus also has remarkable level on amylose. The interaction of nitrogen, zinc and phosphorous, zinc are complex,, generally speaking, both of which do not reach significant level on different starch. Perhaps the antagonistic action of phosphorous, zinc is the reason.2. Both zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous all have significant influence on the protein content and its components, and the order is: Nitrogen > phosphorus > zinc. With the complication of zinc and nitrogen, the effect on content of the albumin and protein is greater than globulin, gliadin, and glutenin. The interaction of phosphorous and zinc has significant influence on protein content, but less to its components.3. Under combined application of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous, the influence on chlorophylla and total content is obviously higher than chlorophyllb and carotenoid no matter in the seedling stage or in the milk. The content of chlorophylla, chlorophyllb and carotenoid in different treatments is increasing from the seedling stage to the milk. What's more the fluctuation is higher in the milk while less in the seedling stage.4. Under combined application of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous, the influence on the reducing sugar content in stems and leaves of winter wheat in seedling stage is little. If the proportion of zinc and nitrogen, phosphorous is reasonable, it is advantageous to improve the reducing sugar content in stems and leaves of winter...
