Through the field experiment on Chao soil, using crossed block with quadratic regression general spinning combination design to study the effects of combined application of manganese and nitrogen, potassium on winter wheat yields and nutrient quality indexes. At the same time, searching for the interaction of manganese and nitrogen, potassium through pot experiment and field experiment, and effect on the dynamic distribution or allotted pattern. The main results are summed up as follows:1. Under the condition of yield experiment, weight grade of different yield factors of shoot can be increased significantly with combined application of manganese, and nitrogen, potassium. Economic coefficient, which is the key index on the yields, also can get the significant level.2. Through simulating the yield mode, we get the optimal application scheme under the condition of high yield: the range of N, K2O, MnSO4H2O separately is 228.26~ 313.64kg-hm~2, 123.85~206.75kg-hm~2, 35.59-69.43kg-hm~-2, Wheat yields can attain to 6 750kghm~-2. The effect sequence on yield of three factors is N, K, Mn. Under the condition of high yield, we must think much about N, and apply suitable other nutrient elements.3.Depending on two mathematics modes of three factors and protein content or protein yield, we conclude there are much difference on the aspect of three factors, the protein maximum sequence is manganese, nitrogen, potassium, but the protein yield and content sequence is nitrogen, potassium, manganese. Adding to the effect analysis of single factor, we know nitrogen and potassium are dominant status in composing the yield and content, especially to nitrogen. The test of three factors and protein component indicated the modes can direct the agricultural production. Effect analysis of single factor show the nitrogen effect is more than the manganese effect or potassium effect on the aspect of albumin, globulin and gliadin, moreover for the glutenin the manganese effect or potassium effect are both more than nitrogen effect. The manganese effect is more than the potassium effect on the aspect of albumin, gliadin and glutenin, even for the glutenin the one effect is more than nitrogen effect, but for the globulin it is less than nitrogen or...
