The effect of growth stage, economic character, yield, quality and fertilizer benefit were studied on corn of Shandan 8806 in this experiment that change the traditional fertilizer model in which main use nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer for corn production, under well-distributed field by input fertilizer such as nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and ecological fertilizer. The results as follow:1. The little effect on growth stage of corn by different fertilizer input, but there is small effect on ear character. The ear length is longer 0.54 cm than that of CK, the ear fertile length is longer 0.58 cm than that of CK, the bald ear is shorter 0.14 cm than that of CK, the grains per row increase 1.64 than that of CK, the ear wide and rows is little. The best treatment are G and F among all treatments, the best fertilizer plan are 63.0- 70.9 kg/hm2 N,P2O5 and K2O respectively and 52.5- 105.0 kg/hm2 organism fertilizer.2. The remarkable effect on economic character of corn by different fertilizer input. The ear weight increases 14.6% than that of CK and there is remarkable different among all treatments (F=6.26**>F0.01(20.9) =3.46) . The effect of nitrogen fertilizer is the best on ear weight. The wick weight of corn increases 1.68g per ear and 7.5% than that of CK and there is remarkable effect among all treatments (F=7.68**>F0.01(20.9)=3.46) .The little effect on the rate grain of corn (F=2.210.05(20.9)=2.39) and there is 1.6 percent than that of CK by different fertilizer. The best treatment are H and G among all treatments, the best fertilizer plan are 70.9-78.8kg/hm2 N,P2O5 and K2O respectively and 52.5 kg/hm2 organism fertilizer.3. The remarkable effect on yield character of corn by different fertilizer input. The grain weight increase 16.9% than that of CK (F=71.46**>F0.01(20.9) =3.46) and the nitrogen fertilizer is best on it. There is marked different among all treatment (F=32.16**>F0.01(20.9) =3.46) . The effect of fertilizer on corn is relate to nutrient .There are treatment H, A and G increasing yield, and the other treatment of yield little increase or lower. The treatment H is the highest among all treatments. It showed that the improve yield is relate to composition offertilizer and remarkable increase by equal nitrogen and phosphate and potassium fertilizer. The best fertilizer plan are 70.9—78.8kg/hm2 N,P2O5 and K2O respectively and 052.5 kg/hm2 organism fertilizer.4. The apparent effect on quality of corn by different fertilizer. The content of crude protein of grain increases 7.8% than that of CK and there is different among treatments(F=10.737**>Fo.oi (20. 9> =3.46) . It showed that crude protein improve by change nutrients and increase nitrogen fertilizer under common practice. The content of crude fat of corn is higher than that of CK (F=12.O2**>Fo.oi <20. 9> =3.46) . The best fertilizer plan are 26.2 63.0kg/hm2 NJ^Osand K2O respectively and 1O5.O35O.O kg/hm2 organism fertilizer.5. The yield of valid fertilizer is 7.06 kg/kg and is higher 80.1% than CK in common practice treatment without consider natural capacity of soil. The treatment H is the highest among all treatments. It is 9.89 kg/kg and is higher 152% than CK. The second is treatment D and it is higher 132% than CK. The lowest treatment is CK and it is 3.92 kg/kg. The average benefit of per valid fertilizer is 2.02 yuan/kg and is lower 28.1% than that of CK. The treatment H is the highest and is 3.09 yuan/kg. The average net output value of all treatment per hectare is 1836.82 yuan/hm2 and is higher 3.8% than that of CK. The treatment H is the highest and is 2759.25 yuan/hm2 and is higher 55.9% than that of CK. The second is treatment A and it is higher 48.8% than that of CK, and the treatment G is higher 20% than that of CK.
