Self-incompatibility mechanism is the important biology mechanism that self or cognation pollen can be refused to fertilization so that cross fertilization, genetic recombination and hereditary variability can be guaranteed. Self-incompatibility reaction is the consequence of interaction of pollen and pisitl, its related molecular circumstance reveals a integrity plants signal passageway.As the pollen in vitro cultivation technology developed, it's a favorable material to study signal passway due to the easy in vitro cultivation. Self-incompatibility is a popular character among Sugar beets (Beta vulgaris L.).Its full related researches mainly include anatomy examination, genetic and evolutionary analysis besides the vacant molecular study.The research of incompatibility in sugar beet can be considerde to be a new direction of molecular breeding.By the modern molecular technology, the manual control and transfer of incompatibility will elevate the efficiency of varietas production in sugar beet.So it has an significant means in breeding work.Three inhibit positions of self-incompatibility in style and their related time datas are reviewed in this paper. It's the first to discover that active ungerminated pollen may induce the callose hyperfluorescence distribution transform with the time.Associating with the microexamination,2-D picture of difference proteome between self pollinated and cross pollinated suagr beet flowers was obtained.
