| This experiment use computer model to estimate the nutrient requirements of Holstein young cows and to predict the balance between animal dietary requirements and supply. Using CNCPS to determine the raw materials nutritional value of TMR diets for young cows,aim to optimize TMR diets by CNCPS software.1. UsingCNCPS to predict and estimate TMR diets of modern ranch young cows.CNCPS is used to predict TMR diets of young cows,the result indicated that negative energy balance(ME),total supply of protein MP exceeds total demand,the predicted supply of amino acid (Mehthionine) is 2.47% which is lower than demand of 2.50%,K is excess.2. Using CNCPS to determine the nutritional value of diets for young cows and to optimize the existing TMR diets.Using CNCPS determined NDF, ADF, lignin, starch, CHO, CP, NPN, SCP, NDIP and ADIP of 8 types of feeds.Calculated protein and carbohydrate components separately according to classification method based on CNCPS.Application of CNCPS software to optimize diets combined with TMR diets of ranch.3. Influence of CNCPS optimal diets on the growth and development of young cows.CNCPS diets effected different ranges increases on young cows'body weight of 7, 8, 9 months ages,daily weight gain showed significant difference(P<0.05),body measurement of CNCPS group have increased differently, body size index increased but did not reach significant level.4. Influence of CNCPS optimal diets on blood indicators of young cows.In 7, 8, 9 three different months ages,CNCPS group compared with the control group, the content of T3 have increased differently, the difference did not reach significant level (P>0.05);the content of GH was slightly increased, the difference did not reach significant level also;the content of TP showed significant difference(P<0.05)of 8 and 9 month ages. The content variation of BS was different; the content of MUN reach significant difference level(P<0.05). |
