This experiment studied in jilin agricultural university experimental base for trees from April to October 2010. Using pot ways, through different experiment gradient ratio of the soil matrix cultivation, to study different gradient of salinity-alkalinity stress of strawberry three varieties of chlorophyll, soluble sugar content, organization of mda and free content of proline, catalase activity, photosynthetic rate and respiration rate, transpiration rate and stomatal resistance, and the diffusion of strawberry, fleshy leaf area size effect of sexual and yield. The aim is to produce in the world in tiny berries, strawberry production and area have been occupies the first [1] facility culture protectorate, but most were formed large-scale production to demand due to choose cultivation stricter, some arid soil areas, often by illumination time is long, day-night temperature difference, though land resources is vast, there's plenty of groundwater resources and the planting, but strawberry limitations, if planting strawberry, can effectively increase the content of strawberry berries, improve the quality of strawberry, based on different natural soil matrix matching gradient probably experiments, through the three strawberry physical properties, chemical properties of research, seeking in particular concentration in the soil for planting by, the strawberries strawberry growth, and appropriate critical concentration, soil salt for expanding strawberry production for soil cultivation area, arid region growing strawberries to provide the reference. Main results are as follows:1. With the concentration of salt, strawberry plants the damage rate increased with increase in the content of chlorophyll of leaf, free content of proline, net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were different degree of first, then decreased, increased mda of hydrogen and oxygen enzyme activity will increase the concentration of carbon dioxide after first reduce increased.2. Along with the increase of salinity-alkalinity stress, strawberry production present trend to decrease, quality first, then decreased trend increased, overall, when they reach concentrations G. yield and quality are reaching for planting condition, so concentration G for critical concentration, salt concentration of strawberry than its high again causes irreversible damage, affect growth of strawberry3.
